Activities

No two residents enjoy spending their time in exactly the same way. That’s why activities are shaped around individual interests, with familiar favourites alongside opportunities to try something new. From music and games to creative sessions, days out and seasonal celebrations, there are plenty of ways to get involved, build friendships and enjoy meaningful experiences together.

Seasonal Celebrations

The changing seasons always bring something new to look forward to. Residents, families and friends come together for events including the Summer Fair, Chinese New Year celebrations and Easter festivities. Christmas, Valentine’s Day and Oktoberfest bring even more opportunities to celebrate, socialise and make memories together.

Days Out & Leisure

Getting out and about offers a welcome change of scenery and new experiences to enjoy together. Residents have explored the local area during a day out to Woodhall Spa and enjoyed a visit to the Little Theatre. Closer to home, pop-up shopping and time in the landscaped gardens offer more relaxed ways to spend the day.

Connected to the Local Community

Staying connected to the local community is an important part of everyday life. Residents get involved in initiatives such as supporting the local food bank and enjoy visits from local organisations, including the Tesco Community Champion. These connections help residents continue playing an active role in the community around them.

Welcoming Families & Visitors

Families and local people are invited to experience everyday life for themselves through events such as community open days and care home taster sessions. These occasions provide an opportunity to meet the team, explore the surroundings and experience the welcoming atmosphere, while giving residents another chance to socialise and connect with visitors.
