From Boston,

Commence your journey by heading west on Sleaford Road (A52). Cross the two roundabouts while staying on Boardsides (A1121). Continue along the A1121 until you intersect with the A17. Turn right onto the A17 and then follow the road until you come across a sign indicating Sleaford/Horncastle/A153. Take the exit onto Bonemill Lane. At the subsequent roundabout, take the second exit onto East Road (B1517). Follow the B1517 road until you encounter a right turn onto Duke street and immediately left onto Ashfield Road. Take the left turn, staying on Ashfield Road and Sleaford Hall Care Home will be on your left.

From Lincoln,

Start your journey by departing Lincoln and taking the A15 road southbound. Continue on the A15 for approximately 17 miles until you approach the roundabout connecting with the A17. Take the second exit onto Lincoln Road (B1518), following signs for Sleaford. At the next roundabout, take the second exit to stay on the B1518. Continuing along the road into Sleaford town turning left at the fork onto the B1517, you will see St Denys Church on your left. Continue to follow the road, turning left onto Duke street and immediately left onto Ashfield Road. Take the left turn, staying on Ashfield Road and Sleaford Hall Care Home will be on your left.
